TOGS is a dynamic sports platform designed to connect athletes and sports enthusiasts, facilitate turf and ground reservations, host local and regional tournaments, and build vibrant sports communities.

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the TOGS mobile application across iOS and Android platforms and any associated web services. By downloading, registering, accessing, or using TOGS, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as outlined in this document.

We collect personal and technical information to deliver our matchmaking and sports booking services smoothly and securely.

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

• Registration Details: When you register via OTP, Phone, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple, we receive basic profile credentials (name, email address, unique social identity tokens).
• User Profile: Information you add to personalize your sports profile, such as preferred sports (cricket, football, badminton, pickleball, etc.), playing role, and skill level.
• Community & Posts: Content you upload to the feed, including match photos, videos, captions, and comments.
• Support Queries: Inquiries, feedback, and correspondence sent to our support teams.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Information: Interacted features, viewing times, searches for venues and turfs, and booking sequences.
• Log and Crash Reports: Real-time diagnostic logs captured via Firebase Crashlytics to resolve bugs, memory leaks, and app crashes.

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Core Service Delivery: Processing turf slot bookings, matchmaking players with compatible skill levels, and organizing tournament fixtures.
• Location-Based Discovery: Calculating distances to nearest turfs, generating map route visualizations via Google Maps, and recommending local games.
• Authentication & Security: Verifying user phone numbers via OTP, preventing multi-account abuse, spam, and ensuring safe community interactions.
• Push Notifications & Alerts: Sending real-time notifications for booking confirmations, slot reminders, match invites, friend requests, and tournament schedule changes.
• Customer Support: Assisting with booking cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and technical issues.
• Performance Optimization: Analyzing crash analytics to improve app stability, UI responsiveness, and server latency.

TOGS requests specific device permissions only when necessary for relevant features. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time via your device operating system settings:

We partner with reputable third-party service providers to power key app functionalities. These providers process data in compliance with strict data protection standards:

• Google Sign-In & Firebase Auth: Secure user authentication and account creation (Google Privacy Policy).

We DO NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to data brokers or third-party advertisers.

Your information is only shared under the following limited circumstances:

• With Turf & Venue Owners: When you book a slot, necessary booking details (your name, contact number, slot time, and sports discipline) are transmitted to the venue manager to fulfill your reservation.
• With Other Players: Your public profile (display name, avatar, sports played, and community posts) is visible to other community members on the TOGS platform.
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or to protect the vital safety, rights, and property of our users and the public.

We employ robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between the TOGS mobile app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3).
• Access Controls: Production database access is strictly restricted to authorized engineering personnel under principle-of-least-privilege access protocols.
• Retention Period: We retain your personal account data for as long as your account is active or as required to fulfill our legal, accounting, and dispute resolution obligations.

You have full control over your personal data. Depending on your jurisdiction, your rights include:

• Access & Rectification: You can view and edit your profile data directly in the TOGS app settings at any time.
• Permission Revocation: You can toggle off Location, Camera, or Notification permissions in your device settings.
• Data Portability & Erasure: You have the right to request a copy of your stored data or complete erasure of your account.

TOGS is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we discover that a child under the required age has registered without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that account and all related information.
